In League of Legends there are many types of skins with different cost. The most expensive skins are called Legendary Skins. Legendary Skins are high at cost but they change the champion in many ways like Lion Dance Kog'Maw will shoot fireworks for his skills , instead of the normal ones.Legendary Skins are also hard to be made and take longer to be released.
