The Twisted Treeline

The Twisted Treeline it was released publicly in practice games on October 27, 2009 and released for normal games on March 30, 2010.The Twisted Treeline map was reworked, and the new version released with patch V1.0.0.150 on October 17th, 2012.It was previously located near Zaun, but was retroactively relocated to the Shadow Isles.

Twisted Treeline map features faster paced 3v3 action due to its two lanes. Both lanes are slightly curved. The map also features several neutral monster camps, and plenty of opportunities for team fights due to the large mid forest located on the map. The path over the top lane is Vilemaw's lair, while the lower forest narrows in the middle and is very open, encouraging team fights around the altars.
